Studienwoche 2017
During the event "ETH Studienwoche 2017”, 30 high school students had the opportunity to meet students and scientists from the three engineering departments Computer Science (D-INFK), Information Technology and Electrical Engineering (D-ITET)as well as Mechanical Engineering (D-MAVT) and to gain a first impression of their work.
The specialists Norbert Felber (D-ITET), Martin Schütz (D-MAVT) and Jaqueline Staub (D-INFK) gave insights into their research areas and supported the students in creating their personal pulse oximeter in combination with an app. This project gave the students a chance to understand better how the three disciplines work together and which aspects they found most interesting for choosing their field of studies at ETH Zurich.
