Prix Zonta for Margarita Chli
Professor Margarita Chli was awarded the Prix Zonta 2017 for her research on machine vision. With this prize the Swiss Zonta Clubs honor women for their achievements in the scientific and technical field.

The award ceremony under the patronage of Federal Councilor Guy Parmelin took place on Friday, 10 November 2017, at the Hotel Bellevue in Bern. Robotics expert Margarita Chli was selected by an independent jury chaired by Professor Martine Rahier, Rector of the University of Neuchâtel.
The external page Prix Zonta, worth CHF 30,000, is awarded every two years by the Swiss Zonta Clubs. Zonta International is a global NGO dedicated to improving the position and lives of women.
