ETEL Master Award 2021

Jasan Zughaibi and Yaohui Huang receive the ETEL Master Award 2021 for the best Master’s theses in mechatronics at the Departments of Mechanical and Process Engineering as well as Information Technology and Electrical Engineering. The theses were supervised by Professor Raffaello D'Andrea.

Jasan Zughaibi and Yaohui Huang receive the ETEL Master Award 2021. The award is presented annually for the best Master’s thesis in mechatronics at the Departments of Mechanical and Process Engineering as well as Information Technology and Electrical Engineering. It is donated by ETEL S.A. and endowed with CHF 3,000.

The Master’s theses “Design, Modeling and Control of a Spherical Soft Robotic Arm for Pick-and-Place Application” by Jasan Zughaibi and “Learning-based Model Predictive Control, disturbance compensation for a pneumatically actuated soft robotic manipulator” by Yaohui Huang were both supervised by Professor Raffaello D’Andrea.
