Georgios Kelesidis appointed Assistant Professor
Georgios Kelesidis, former doctoral student and postdoctoral researcher at the Particle Technology Laboratory of Professor Sotiris Pratsinis at the Department of Mechanical and Process Engineering of ETH Zurich, has been appointed Assistant Professor at Rutgers University, USA.
Georgios Kelesidis did his Master in Process Engineering at ETH Zurich and obtained his doctoral degree at the Particle Technology Laboratory of Professor Sotiris Pratsinis, where he continued to work as a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer. As of 1 January 2023, he was appointed Assistant Professor at the Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences Institute of Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey, USA.
In his research, Kelesidis focuses on the climate and public health impact of carbonaceous aerosols.
