Kannan and Karapiperis appointed professors
Konstantinos Karapiperis and Vignesh Kannan, both postdoctoral researchers in Professor Dennis Kochmann's lab at the Department of Mechanical and Process Engineering, have been appointed professors.

Vignesh Kannan has been an assistant professor at the École Polytechnique in Paris since 1 January 2024. Konstantinos Karapiperis will start as assistant professor at EPFL in Lausanne on 1 June 2024. Both of them worked as postdoctoral researchers at the Mechanics and Materials Laboratory with professor Dennis Kochmann at the Department of Mechanical and Process Engineering of ETH Zurich.
