Master's Graduation Ceremony 2025

Graduation ceremony for the following Master's programs:
- MSc Process Engineering
- MSc Robotics, Systems and Control
- MSc Micro and Nanosystems
- MSc Nuclear Engineering

The invitation with the personalized registration link was sent to the private e-mail address stored in MyStudies on 2 April 2025. The registration deadline was 29 April 2025.
Every registered graduate may bring two guests. Due to spatial limitations, it is not possible to bring any additional guests. Thank you for your understanding.

- The ETH car park on Karl-Schmid-Strasse is very limited. We strongly recommend the use of public transport (see also the ETH mobility guide for information about bike and e-bike parking).
- Wheelchair users arriving by car will find marked parking spaces on the ground floor (parking level D) of the car park.

- The forecourt of the ETH main building (Rämistrasse 101) provides barrier-free access through the main entrance. In the car park, direct access to the main buidling is signposted.
- Wheelchair-accessible seating is available in the Ceremony Room (access via an elevator) and in the broadcast rooms (please see information desk in the registration area).
- Directions to the main building for visually impaired and blind people
- Accessible bathrooms are available on floor D of the main building (D 29.7 and D 60.4)
- The ceremony is held in English and neither subtitled nor interpreted.

- Access to the ceremony room Audi Max (HG F 30, with door A and B) is reserved for graduates only. Please go directly to the ceremony room and sit in the chair with the number on your ticket.
- Guests may watch the ceremony in the broadcast rooms before attending the joint apéro (broadcast rooms are assigned at the registration desk).
- Bags up to DIN A4 size are allowed. There are unattended cloakrooms. D-MAVT does not assume any liability for lost or stolen items.
- Photography: To capture the best moments of the Master's ceremony and share them with you and future graduates, we would like to draw your attention to the following: Please note that photographs will be taken during the event. These photos may be used by ETH Zurich without financial compensation or restrictions in terms of time or place.
The ETH Alumni Association kindly sponsors the photographs taken during the ceremony.
